Reichmann Petroleum Corporation (RPC) was incorporated on January 12, 1994, as a Texas corporation operating and drilling wells primarily in Texas. RPC maintains its business office in Grapevine, Texas which is located near Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport with a field office in Corpus Christi, Texas. During the past ten years the company has operated as many as 256 wells across the state of Texas and participated in the operations of several wells in New Zealand developing over 2,450,000 acres in the Taranaki Basin with Discovery Geo.
In 1994, RPC was awarded the distinguished "Texas Discoverer" award by the Railroad Commission of Texas for new field discoveries in the Hemlock Field and Kittie West Field. Additionally, the company has discovered the Lindsey Chapman Ranch Field, Lucky West Field, Ranura Field and most recently, the Makenzie Field in Duval County.
